Mr. Hsueh Kwei Andrew Tu, founder and chairman (1988-2001) of the Chinese Alliance for Commemoration of the Sino-Japanese War Victims, Hong Kong, founding president of The Global Alliance for Preserving the History of World War II in Asia, passed away on Nov. 27th, 2001 at age 80.
