美國設計師Daniel Kwan先生計劃把「慰安所」上網，並邀請杜主席寫網上緒言，讓世人知道日本的罪行。緒言內容如下﹕

When I envisage the cruel sufferings of the thousands and thousands of mothers and sisters who died, I know that the human conscience never dies.  Some day, some time, the tormented conscience of their Japanese torturers will awaken to the horror of their brutal deeds.
In this awakening of consciences lie our hope and confidence.
